I loved how easy it was to whip up this cobbler! From start to finish this took maybe an hour and a half, and it was ready to travel to our weekly game night with friends. Raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries slightly spiced with cinnamon and topped by squares of tender cottage cheese biscuits come together to create a gooey, comforting dessert.

Tuesdays With Dorie – Baking with Dorie: Lamingtons
Lamingtons are a classic Australian treat. I was excited to get to try them as they’ve been on my baking (or just eating, really) bucket list for a while. They are bite-sized and perfect for sharing. Be sure to make your cake a day before you plan to dip them! The cake being slightly dried out overnight is a key part of the cocoa sauce and coconut coating adhering well.
